PRODUCTION​

We are committed to developing our operation in the most sustainable way possible, for all: our planet, our customers and us. Therefore, we have created a hybrid production model: made-to-order and made-on-demand.

 

Core Collections (handmade-to-order):

All items in our core collections are made-to-order in our own studio in Athens, and take 1-3 weeks to make. We only start production after an order is placed, to avoid excessive fabric waste and carbon footprint and minimize our stock. Additionally, this allows us to produce in-house and have better control over quality, meaning better and more durable garments.

To counterbalance the (well worthy) production lead time, all our handmade-to-order pieces come with complimentary express shipping.

Limited Edition Collections (made-on-demand):

All items in our limited edition collections are partly manufactured in small scale and then printed on demand in Latvia within 2-8 working days.

SHIPPING​

We offer free trackable DHL Express shipping worldwide.

​

Delivery time is 1-6 days, depending on the final destination.

​

Orders are shipped according to the purchased items. In some cases, products may ship separately, due to their special shipping requirements (like phone cases).

​

Please note, all pieces from our limited edition collections (currently the 'Proud Alien' collection) are shipped separately, from our warehouse in Latvia, with standard (trackable) shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

The NP Studio is not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

 

In some cases, we might be able to add shipping insurance, at an additional cost. If you would like to add shipping insurance, please email us at contact@thenpstudio.com.

Additional Fees:

International customers, please note: if the destination country is outside the EU, the order may subject to import duties & taxes, which are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information and an amount estimation, before placing your order.
